supposedly Koodo (Silent call) reported by Otto
they are supposed to call me about a problem accessing my account. But these calls did not come at their posted business hours. There was no answer when I picked up the phone. They called numerous times on the weekend. Following that, I got calls from a supposed telus 1-866 number, which is listed as a scam call.

they do not give up,. do not return calls or give any information as that's what they want, I could not get them to understand I am not the person they are looking for the one time I did call back many years ago. it would take legal action to stop these guys.

They've called a few times before sometimes leaving a message but most of the time not, trying to get a switch of plans if I remember correctly
