Recording of Indian accented woman said she's from intake mgmt and I need to call a different number than the one that called me. Said it was vitally important that I call back asap. Then why didn't a live person just call me and talk to me? What is intake mgmt? Why isi t vitally important? No idea what company, what issue, why they even called me. Waste of time.

Gentlemen called, he rattled through his name and id of the facility he was calling from, thought he said UW HEalth. Wanting 6 months of records on patient with cpap use. Told him I would need a request on letterhead from his company faxed to us with information about his facility and what records he is looking for on patient. Will investigate after we rec. his request by fax. May be filing it in the trash can if it is a scammer.

OK, so I thought they were a scam, but they are a legit company working with clinics and hospitals to provide equipment, in my case a Cpap machine. I totally blew the person off due to it sounding way to "scammy", but when I called my Doctors office, they apologized and said they had received similar complaints, but it is legit. Covid outsourcing I guess is how they explained it.

A medical devices company following up on a referral from my wife's doctor. She has sleep apnea and the company was calling for a consultation so they could ship the right mask. Was friendly and very helpful. The CPAP should be here in 7-10 days.

Woman with difficult to understand accent. Maybe Indian, or some kind of Asian? I had to replay the message many times to get it all. She said it was very important for me to call back to this # immediately between 8am & 5pm EST, and when someone answered, to tell them I was calling about "reference #C56111". She didn't say her name, company name, or any other identifying info. Ended the call by saying "remember, it is very important to do this immediately, but within our business hours"
