Got this call from 866- 999-6480 But did not answer the call and left it on the message phone. On the caller ID it said United Healthcare Services. I played the message and called that number, A man said that the person will take my call as soon as they are free. This man had an accent that reminded me of the scam of Nevada Energy that I received that I had to pay this bill. These people know how to identify themselves thru the caller ID. How do they know to do this. I never waited for the person, to take My call, I just hung up the phone.

I told them I already paid the bill and I have proof. She hung up (Call centre) reported by


Woman was extremely rude. After i continued arguing and yelling at her. She was noticeably stressed out and said she would stop "paging the account". I have already paid this bill and I have proof and have spoken to my medical insurance agency who has verified i do not owe anything.
