I ordered a trial offer for weight loss and they called me the next day saying they wanted to verify my information before the sent it out. They asked me if my email was correct then asked me to give them my mailing address and when I asked why I need to re-give that to them since I already entered it in she said it gets encrypted like my credit card info so they need to just verify that I is correct. I asked why I need to give it to her since it must be encrypted for a reason and then said that she wasn't going to be able to send it so I said to cancel it then because I'm not going to re-give my address when I already entered it in. She got a bit of an attitude when I told her to just cancel the order then. We will see if I still get my trial.

I ordered a free trial product of anti-aging cream and paid 4.95 for shipping and handling. 20min later this number called pretending to be the same company to verify and complete my order. They said I was only going to be charged 4.95 once. They charged my card three times plus 1.99 for something else. When I called their customer service I asked to be cancelled and told her I was charged 3 times and she hung up on me. I had to cancel my card to avoid them stealing more money than they have already

I didn't answer the number I just blocked it. The number is a fake number and I don't know anybody with a Chicago IL number that's why they couldn't get me to answer.

I work at a major hospital in Chicago. I got a call from this number and a man with a thick accent was asking for someone named Jose. I could hear other people talking in the background so he was probably in a call center of some kind. He was trying to sell some kind of male enhancement drug called syanex or something like that. I told him it's illegal to sell pharmaceuticals in my state (Not really sure but hoped it would be a deterrent for him) and warned him not to call back.
