Receive this call several times weekly. Apparently from Verizon wanting to upgrade my service. Bottom line is they want to charge more and make me think they did me a favor. Not interested in paying them $15 or so monthly for a miniature laptop that I can talk into.

Phone call from Verizon - very professional and polite. Offered me other plan options for my service. Helped me find a plan that better suited my needs and reduced my bill by over $25 dollars a month. I am glad I chose to answer this phone call.
