I didn't speak with them this morning, because I was in another room when the call came in, but I have a feeling it has to do with a purchase I almost made last night but had reservations. It was my BANK that intervened and told me the site was a fraud!!! When the site told me that the card was declined, and to use another card, I got out of there!!! Thank God for my bank!!!

This is a fraud. They try to make you give them your account number, social number and PIN so they can verify your account. Ya right. If you gave them any info call your local bank immediately!!

Honestly,I'm a cyber security pro and I thought this seemed super phishy... but it is, in fact, legitimate... the voice prompts and messages are creepy("if you don't want to hold, call 800 xxx xxxx")

I called Comerica at 877-881-8955 and verified everything. I asked the customer service lady and she said that this phone number was valid for Comerica.

I let it go to voicemail and they said it was the bank company that I use, they used my full name and knew the last 4 of my card, but when I called the ACTUAL bank fraud department, they said that nothing is flagged or looks suspicious whatsoever and that it's a scam call.
