My husband set up a payment arrangement and paid it before the date of the arrangement and they called to make sure we cancelled the payment arrangement or else it could take out the money twice. They don’t speak English that well but they were nice about it.

Pretended to be sprint to get payment information but I called sprint myself. Sprint does not call regarding a payment arrangement nor ask for information they should already have. I told him if you called me. Who were you looking for. He couldn’t give me any information and was flustered. I told him to take me off the scam list and he said ok smh

Right away they asked in very broken English to confirm my security pin to access the account and confirm information for my payment arrangement. Breached procedure, so I hung up and called directly. It was indeed legitimate, just a bad representative

Just a heads up that we are not a scam we are just doing a follow up call in regards of payment arrangement that need to be modified, cancelled or to reduced the amount especially when there is already a partial payment prior to the arrangement due date. We are former in Finance Department of Sprint and we were move by Sprint to the outbound support to contact customer who made advance payment prior to their arrangement to help the account holder to avoid from being overcharged or being over drafted on their scheduled due date. You can contact Sprint Finance Department and consult them about us .. Thank you for choosing Sprint!

Garbled message about payment arrangements. Problem with money coming out tonight? Scam because my payment doesn't come out for another two weeks,I would recommend using strong caution if you decide to call back! If you look at your Sprint bill there's a phone number on it,I would call that number first about your billing.

Got a call and called the number back. The message at the beginning was very broken and did not seem like a Sprint message at all. The same young lady who left the message, answered the call. She started to ask for account info. Was very rude. Wanted my PIN code to access my account. I did not feel comfortable with this.

Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
