Robocaller left a voicemail saying that I have won $19.5 million, plus a new Mercedes Benz in a Publisher's Clearing House raffle that I NEVER entered. I called the number that the caller said was the claims department and found that they required a money order of $1700 to "deliver" my winnings to me. They could not clearly explain why that was a requirement other than saying that the government was holding my winnings until I paid that amount. Obviously smelled of dead rotting fish.

I have won a wicked large life time Publisher's Clearing House Prize. I only need to call back tomorrow during normal business hours to confirm. Clues to unbelievability included their caller id was a town in some state and state id and that the town/state combo was not the same location mentioned in the robo call script. Not to mention, I stopped playing the PCH lottery scheme game some months ago.
