Confirmed with Apple - they do not call for suspected "server" issues. Phishing scam.

agree, they use a program to appear that the number calling you is apple customer care and tell you that your account has suspicious activity from overseas. They then ask to share your screen to help fix your security. once they are sharing your screen they open the notepad app and make it appear like your computer is being hijacked and all the data downloaded. then they ask for 300-500 dollars to "monitor" these activities. looks like a Chinese scam to get payment.
