Collection company for Advance Pay Day Loan (Debt collector) reported by Aleta
Says complaint filed against you need my attorney number, I say I know nothing about this and said d she thought I did, explains again they are trying to get my attorneys number so they can file a complaint or something against me for loan company not being able to take money from my checking account. Told her I don't give personal info over the phone and I would wait for the complaint to be filed. Hung up. They aim to scare you into making an immediate decision with little information. Don't fall for it. If you were being sued they wouldn't call you in advance to let you know. Hang up and block the number.

They have any info about you that is public info. If you did anything online like buy something from Sears you info is now in cyber space. Never say yes when someone you don't know calls you. Say anything else. They need a lot more info than your drivers license to take advantage of you.

I just received the same call. Scary thing is they had my drivers license number.

Scam call reported by Hate scammers
Scam Jennifer bailey said son owed pay day loan. When asked how she got my number put on hold forever. My son has no loans at all. Scam I wish I could report individuals any ideas. Also called from this number +1 (715) 201-2236
