This is Allied Interstate, a legitimate DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY for AMAZON. It can be mistaken as a nuisance call because it takes forever for them to respond after you say hello.

Calls at least once a day at my rental property. Won't leave a message. When I answer they say please hold for a representative. Then it says all representatives are busy and hangs up. This is obnoxious and annoying! I am on the Do Not Call registry.

Others have described this number as belonging to a Collection Agency. Since I have NO DEBTS...It is safe to assume that it is really a SCAMMER attempted to scam money off those who they call.
