Same as everyone above, threatening to show up at my house with a subpoena. It was a pre-recorded machine message with zero personal information.

Call was automated saying i was to be summons the next day. (Robocall) reported by anonymous
The recording said I would be served a court summons tomorrow. No other information was given. Said to be available during that time.

Threatened to Sue (Debt collector) reported by Jamie
The recording said I would be served a court summons if I didn’t settle a debt that doesn’t even show on my credit report so I wasn’t even sure it was mine. The man had my first and maiden name, the last 4 of my social and the last 4 of the credit card he said I stopped paying. Then he told me I could settle and he would need my debit card info right then in order to stop from being sued. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that and I would need something in writing but he just said I would get an email 20 min later. So I believed this to be a scam and did not pay.

Caller stated had subpeona to be served in 24 to 48 hours to home or work. No further information left; Said to be available during that time.Did not catch name or firm they represented. Just a recording. Is 2nd such call in about 2 months. Never "showed" first time they called.
