They called my cell phone and they had my name right, but they wanted me to verify information; they wanted my personal information and verification of birth date. The only information I could get was that they were called Receivable Solutions. When I pressed the lady to give me answers she would not give me anything and told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Calls and hangs up, or calls, garbled name asked for, then hangs up. For more details see my 9/12 comment responding to "Ella's" comment below. Same name was given to me when I called them, and they wanted information from me to stop the 'prank' calls-I told them they probably have caller ID and could stop calling without their asking for more information. She said they can keep calling. I told her I would report to the Attorney General. I blocked the number, and am going on the Attorney General's website next. And then the BBB. I looked Receivable Solutions up on the internet, and they appear to be a legitimate Medical Collections business, even with local offices. If they are legit, why the hangups when I have answered?? Why the hangup after they called and asked for someone and I asked them to repeat themselves?? Why are they calling us when we have no medical debt??

These people call me twice a day every day. Today I asked who they were and they claimed to be "Receivable Solutions" out of Dallas, TX. They would not tell me anything unless I gave them personal information, and told me to send them a letter to their PO Box to "get my name off of their call list." Yeah right.

They are calling my cell phone. I'm blocking them from now on. I have no debt. I called them back ( I thought it was a call scheduling my work) and told them to stop 'prank' calling me, as they have no business calling me, and they call, maybe just hang up, or maybe ask for a garbled name, then hang up. I told them to put me on their no call list. She said to have a nice day before I could hang up. I told her not with her!
