I got exactly the same but the number is 201-799-9097 from New Jersey...I don't even live on the east coast. I'm on the west coast. What is with these people, sounds like trolls harrassing for fun.

The message seems to have started before recording. Message: "available arrest warrant under your name so before we move forward with the lawsuit and legal allegations contact us as soon as possible, 877-296-3864, Thank you". British accent, poor quality almost sounds like a computer generated voice. I do not have anything in my past present or future that would cause an arrest warrant or any legal allegations.
