when i asked for information to be sent to my email or mailed to me the person became angry, stated it was a binding contract. refused to supply any company address unless a check was supplied right away.

The guy (Indian accent) said his name was John Abraham and he was calling to extend the computer service contract and it is running on a grace period. He used my husband's first name and middle initial. Stated he signed an agreement and they were renewing the services in the amount of $6800 on his computer. He didn't call John back so this is saying they are charging the account if he didn't follow up to change the option. So if no call back, they will go ahead and charge us unless we call them back at this same number they called from 877-298-0595. Repeated his name is John Abraham and thank you.

Received the same exact phone call. Left message. Used my full name with initial and pronounced correctly. John Abraham call asap or my checking about he gave last 4 digits will be debited for 6800. For service contract to protect my computer. We fell for his scam 2 years ago and let him take over my computer to fix it. We had received a very alarming flashing screen saying call number on screen immediately. He convinced us the attack was coming from our internet. Convinced us finally to give him a check over the phone. Sent me pages of an agreement because I didn't believe him. Said he was from Microsoft and was a technician. We didn't feel right about whole situation but really believed he was from Microsoft. We should have canceled the check immediately in hindsight. I have removed all that was downloaded. Found out other family and friends had fell for the same. I will not call back.

They called to tell me that they were going to debit my checking accout for the security protection on my computer, which I do not have with them, and if I didn't call back within 15 minutes they were going to proceed with the withdrawal, I did not call back because it's a phishing scam to try and get my personal information. no money has been removed from my account as of now and that was about 4 hours ago.
