This is synchrony bank used to be Carecredit, also Ashley furniture. They call me no less than 10 times a day, no exaggeration!! I have told them numerous times we are currently seeking legal advice do not call again. Hasn't slowed them down one bit. I told them this morning do not call me at work, I wasn't allowed to take personal calls. This was their official warning, if they do they are breaking the FDCPA law and charges would be filed. Let's see if this slows them down. All this harassment is stressing me out.

I know I Own them money but calling my 5xs a day isn't going to make it any better and calls on holidays and Sundays is not right. That is harassment and that is illegal
