It's Elephant Auto Insurance. I filled out an online form this afternoon to get multiple rate quotes to compare, and now these sc*bags are calling incessantly. But they did the same thing a few months ago, which was totally unsolicited. Now they're at it again. Thank God for call blocking devices...worth every penny!!
