it said there was a legal complaint or judgement but never said any names or what is was about exactly.just a recording saying if you call they will resolve things out of court

Claims to be a locator service, refuses to give company name (Robocall) reported by 207.191.34.xxx
Very suspicious number; Do not call back. When I answered the phone call a robot told me they had a legal complaint against [name of relative]. If I did not call back within the allotted time, they would persure legal action, blah blah blah. I called the callback number since the relative's name was legit. The lady on the other end wanted me to have [relative] contact them, but she refused to give me any identifying information regarding the company she represented.

I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand, I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?
