Harassing phone calls. Called at 7am and I'm pretty sure it's illigel to call someone that early in the morning. If not it should be! Just block the number so they can't keep calling.

I never answered this number but it calls me everyday. It called me 8 pm last night and than 7am this morning! Calling before 9 am is illegal.

They call saying they have a business opportunity for you and then demand personal information they claim to be a collection agency but when asked if I contact the company they are collecting on behalf of they will tell you that you can't deal with them and they will not verify that cbv is authorized to collect on their behalf. Plus they harass and try to collect on dead reserve accounts

I answered to have peace of mind. But it was someone I could not understand who was said hold for transfer. So... you mumble something and ask me to hold because your going to transfer me to someone else I don't understand? No thank you. So I hung up. From What I understood it was with Rogers Communications. They called back after, but I won't answer.
