I ordered a product called Earthwash Laundry sheets. When I did not receive them after almost two weeks, I contacted the company that confirmed my purchase, which is different that Earthwash. I guess it's a distributor called Cleanomic. I asked them to cancel my order and provide a full refund. They sent me a message telling me they want to talk about my issue. They asked if they could call. I agreed. First, they called me three times at 3:00 a..m. Yes 3 o'clock in the offing morning. I contacted them on FB to ask about a refund. I was told there would be no problem. Next thing I know, I get another email informing me to call them because they want to discuss my issue. I don't want a discussion. I want a refund. Curiously, the email stated that they're available Monday through Friday only, yet they called me again on Saturday, asking me to reach out to discuss my issue. I think this is a scam company. I plan to report the number and their websites to the FCC.

I also ordered Earthwash laundry sheets and have not received them. Looked at my confirmation email and there is no tracking number for phone number for the company. Their P.O. Info at the bottom changes between California and Michigan. I’m frustrated!!
