Autism Awareness Donation Telemarketing This is the 4th call received today according to call history on this app, HOWEVER, it is NOT the same number which called the three preceeding times. Those numbers, which I will list, were all silent, lasting up to a max. of 59 seconds. I took a screenshot of the last few numbers in which I finally had a human or recording come on the line as I've noticed this patter before, but when not realizing what was going on, failed to screenshot the evidence. The reason? when you go back to look, since I didn't recall the same number having called that excessively, the times match to different numbers, but when I return to this comment page, the call history or the technological wizardry they are using to do it - disappears. This will be the second report today alone that I will submit to the FTC regarding number msnipulation, silent calls followed by begging for money of someone on the do not call list. Infuriating as I have wasted yet another full day typing out explanations & am so angry now I couldn't accomplish anything if I tried. 16:54 - This call 16:40 - 336.274.6978 - Silent call 59 seconds before it disconnected. 12:40 - 207.359.1404 - on the phone, not answered. 12:19 - 207.359.1404 - not answered, but a message was left from a near unintelligible voice wanting address verification & giving another number to call to provide it. This one I looked up on Google, Bing & White Pages. The above number came back to a private number in Maine. The number it gave for me to call was in Kansas. I tried calling it from my landline & it would not accept the call. Clearly, if these calls showed up in the call history for the last number called, but not only disappeared (screenshot proof) when I returned to complete this essay, it was associated with what the search engines are identifying as a major scam.
