Received a call from "TOLL FREE CALL". I picked up and they immediately hung up. I called them back using *67 + their number. Person answering the phone asked for my name and number. I did not give it but simply said that if they wish to speak with me then to call and leave a voicemail with their name, company name, and callback number along with a message stating my name and the reason they wish to speak with me. If they are legit then they should do that. He then asked for my name and number so he could "make a note on my account." I told him that if this is happening to me then it is happening to other people as well and that they need to address their company processes in order to avoid these issues.

Called stating that I have a $40 balance about to go into collections. To verify his credibility I asked who I owed. This guy knew who the dr is, gave a date for the bill and the name of the medical office. As with all incoming calls asking for money, I told him I'd contact the office personally. I have no balances. My concern is the information he has, where he got it and what else about me does he know...

The person identified herself as calling from CSI asking for my mother. I am guessing this is a collection agency, since my mom is sick and has lots of medical bills that can’t pay. No one else other than hospitals/doctors have my number for her reference. When I inquired what is this about she refused to say, only that is a personal matter. I told her my mom doesn’t speak english, is sick in bed and is not right on her mind to speak on the phone, the **** representative kept saying she could speak spanish and call my mom later. Told her don’t bother calling her because she is sick and i will not upset her with a phone call that we don’t know what is about. She said she will remove my phone number frlm their system.
