Charter Spectrum called me asked for a woman I told them they had the wrong number they continued to call me after I told them they had the wrong number. I also told them I don't even get their service where I live. And when I called today an automated system said you owe $128 and these people don't even know me. This is a scam.

It is Charter calling BUT WE DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY AND THE PEOPLE I TALK TO KNOW THIS BUT SAY THE SYSTEM WILL KEEP CALLING (6 or more times a day) UNTIL WE PAY OUR BILL??????
