They shy dial with a spoofed number that goes directly to voice mail. As others said "Betty" leaves a message as if they know you and give a number and Reference number to use. If you call and do not select an option you are disconnected. If you select an option you talk to real person. They do not know your name or anything about you. They claim they did nothing wrong because they say a different company called you and you called them. SCAM

It was Betty. She sounded so concerned about my unsecured credit debt. Gave the same code of 80608 so every one of us must have the same reference number. I did not take the call or call back. DO NOT ANSWER.

Have seen warnings for this exact call on other sites. Call claiming to be a “Betty Thompson” calling to discuss my unsecured debt, consolidation etc, due to recent changes... They’ve purposefully threw in an “um” here and there to make the recording sound like a live person left it. They even included a reference number (like an acct number specific only to you! Not) you should use when you call them back. BuhBye Betty.....
