I discovered a $395 draft on my bank account. My bank provided a check image of a check written to "RCP Services" indicating that the same was an authorized signatory of mine. The memo field of the draft listed this telephone number.

Cashed a check to my account for $395 (Company) reported by Starre W.
Woke up in the morning to pay bills and my bank account was negative. They cashed a check off of my bank account for $395. Now have to open new bank account and anything pending bounced so I'm struggling to just make ends meet until the bank fixes it. Whoever is doing this is completely ridiculous and utterly rude. Took out $395 without my auth (Company) reported by Cathy
I am so angry. I found out that they are a "third party" for a media company and without my authorization, they took out $395 out of my checking account. I called their number and told them I never authorized the money to be taken out. They told me their name is RCP Services. They said they would refund my money. I am a single mom with an autistic kid. I need my money.

The same thing happened to me. They took $395.00 out of my checking account. I have never heard of this company or gave any authorization. I just discovered this April 9th so tomorrow morning I will go to my bank and close my accounts and file a fraud charge. I also called the number on the check and just got an answering machine. I'm sure no one will call me back. Was your bank able to issue a refund? I too am a single mom with 3 kids and I really need this money. So wrong for people to steal like this and really bad that my bank let it happen.

I had the same thing happen as the poster above!! Had to change my account numbers!! They wrote a check with my name and address for $395....NOT happy!!! Filed a fraud claim!! RCP services...beware they're coming for you!!
