Promedica account call center. This seems to be legit -- annoying but legit. A guy asked for my guarantor number and address so I ended the call, but then I called into the Promedica billing agency directly. That person explained it was likely someone was contacting me bc I had a billing issue they wanted to warn me about, which I then sorted.

Promedica Customer Service calling place of business. (Scam call) reported by Jamie
when I answered the call no one said anything then it clicked over and a women said she was calling from Promedica Customer Service and asked for some name but the call dropped. no return call after that. Caller ID said Not Provided. Looked up Promedica Customer Service and numbers did not match anything on their website.

SCAM Alert!!! They get into hospital ER accounts somehow & then say that not only do you owe ER for their services rendered, but also this company that says they're in partnership with the hospital but will not give you an itemized list, they will only tell you how much you owe (usually in the thousands) from practitioners you've never seen, nor are their names familiar in any way! Many other ER patients have complained about this scam company through google search.

Received a call from this number and they left a message stating "My name is Mike(could not make out last name from voicemail), and I'm calling from the Customer Service Department here from America, give us a call back" and gave the same number to call back. Apparently America has a Customer Service Department. Who knew!

tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call center not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. People did someone answer this number?
