I did not have this service (Scam call) reported by


Said I had a Microsoft Security subscription and it would be renewed at $299. Told him I did not have this. Said they could cancel it but I needed to uninstall it and he would help. Told them there is nothing to uninstall and no renewals authorized. That is when he gave up.

They stated we paid a fee for computer services last year and that our contract is being extended for an additional year at the cost off $299.00. I told them no we did not have a computer service contract with them and that we would not be extending something we do not have. He then stated he could send me to their ReFund Center to refunded our money. Ended the call at this point. Their were multiple people in the back ground saying the same thing and sounded as if they were in a indian call center or something.
