Mortgage payments are current and I have statements (in hand) to prove it yet they call trying to collect payment. When I told her my mortgage is current, in fact early, she said thank you and hung up. This is not the first time this has happened! Awful mortgage company and going to report them.

this is round point mortgage. You should probably answer this especially if you just refinanced your house. They got me set up on auto draft and she fixed a mistake where my payments would be due every month instead of every two weeks.

I have no idea what she was saying. She sounded like she had food in her mouth. She never said WHY she was calling. I will not call you back unless you tell me WHY you're calling. It's a mortgage company. My mortgage is not late. So why are they calling anyway? This is our first payment! WTW??? Seriously???
