This was Synchrony Bank. They finance retail cards (Financial services) reported by


My company received a voicemail from this phone number and left a call back number. I contacted them and its just Synchrony Bank. They finance credit cards for several businesses. In my case they were just verifying that an application submitted for a line of credit was not fraudulent.
