They left a voicemail asking me to call back. I called back and got a very long recording that can't be bypassed. I finally hung up. I do owe them money, but it's not overdue yet.

This is the billing department of Hartford Healthcare I called them they did not call me. I was attempting to pay my bill but they were closed at the time I called so I have no positive or negative experience to report.

When answered, message said "you are next, please hold". No one ever answered, they want you to call back which will then charge your phone account. This is how they make money, by getting you to cal them back. If you called ID does not show a company name, never answer the phone. A legitimate company will show their name on the caller ID.
