Verified with Humana it was a SCAM and to BLOCK an not to answer. (Nuisance call) reported by


This version of the scam came through as a voicemail. They give a callback number that isn't Humana. The scam is they call you multiple times per day, to trick you into calling them back on the number they give you. I called directly and they identified the number as a SCAM. I blocked the number and Human filed a complaint.

Citibank Customer Service verified this is a scam (Scam call) reported by


This version of the scam came through as a voicemail. It is asking you to log into your account online, and they give the correct Citibank web site. However they give a callback number that isn't Citibank. The scam is they call you multiple times per day, to trick you into calling them back on the number they give you. It will then prompt you for your personal details (CC number, etc) to "take you off the call list". If it was a legitimate call from CitiBank, they will tell you to reference the phone number on the back of the card (according to their customer fraud prevention department when I asked them about it), and would never give you a phone number on the voice mail.

I did not answer why only because my daughter had same number call her phone lmao she has no credit card let alone a bank account. So when she tried calling them back on speaker phone the guy hung up on her so I myself didn't feel a need to answer the same number. Just relaying what I honestly heard with my own ears. Beware it is a scam.
