About my experience in cibc. And I hung up the phone. Because first of all guy can’t speak English normally and 99 % I didn’t understand what he want from me. And after it’s took more that 5 minutes and I was at work. I don’t understand why somebody need this. I pretty sure it is nothing to do with cibc bank.

Claimed to call on behalf of cibc and asked survey questions (Survey) reported by


Called and asked me by full name, asked me about 15 questions about how the service was at my cibc branch I'm with. At the end of the survey they asked me 2 yes or no answer questions one was if I plan on doing more business there. The last question was if it is ok for them to use my survey and call me back. I dont recommend picking up this call, waste of 5 minutes.

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call center robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?
