Very confrontational when personal information not given. I believe that they collect for DISH. Don’t know how they expect to resolve issues if they continue with harassing calls & extremely rude professional ethics. Then again.... they work with DISH- need I say more?

I have been receiving calls often from 18775452280 saying that it is urgent I call them. I called and asked what the problem was and was told they needed my name and number and account number before they could talk to me. I told them I did not owe anyone any money and that they were scammers, which the woman denied. She demanded information and I told her she already had it, which she verified by phone number and name. Still she would not tell me exactly why she was calling unless I verified name and phone number personally. I again told her she was a scammer and she hung up.
