I received a call about a member of my family missing a dental appointment with a message with someone who sounded like a live person from dentaquest. Then was moved to a standard mass health marketing message that advertised their child benefits offers. Fake call pretending to be real and having a connection to you but in the end just trying to trick you into a sales pitch. This is really the wrong way to start a customer relationship. SCAM!
