Wanted my name. Told them they called me and look me up from my phone number. They insisted on my name. I told them I was not going to provide it and to stop calling my number.

Woman said I owed money for a credit card. I did owe money for the card so I set up payments for 50.00 per month for December, January, February, March, and Aoril. In May they didn't take a payment. I did an internet search and discovered it was a scam.

They ask for street address verification. Once said was dept re (Debt collector) reported by


Keep asking for address verification. Previously said debt of $40. This morning I mentioned previous call.person apologized. I continually resist giving no information. I asked questions she apologizes and disconnects. I suggest contacting me by mail. She disconnects. AT&T, insurance, Gov't agencies always contacts by letter, never telephone. I will continue resisting.
