Citibank. I think for my Shell card as I was a few days late on it. They are relentless with the calls. All day, every day. Even after leaving messages for you to contact them, they will continue calling same the same day. They seem to start about 5-7 days past the due date.

This is REAL Chase credit, Citi Bank customer service # they service Shell Master Card and other Citi Bank credit cards. NOT a scam.

Yes, I thought this number wasn't legit, but then I realized Citi Bank is servicing a card I took out with Staples, and they were pestering me about a payment that didn't go though. I was happy to pay my bill, I just didn't recognize the caller.
