This is the number that case management workers from Anthem use specifically for members of Kentucky Employees' Health Plan. If you or your dependents have health insurance through them, you should expect them to call you at some point... which might be annoying, but hey, at least they offer advise for cheaper than some doctors!

Recorded call from my wife's insurance offering a program for your health. If they would have someone's record in front of them when they call they would know she is in ICU and what they are offering hasn't got much to do with what she needs, especially a phone call from them! Worst ever insurance company. Just ask any doctor's office.

I've gotten two calls. The voicemails left are the same exact script being read by two different callers. The voices are muffled and hard to understand but what I could make out is that the calls are from Blue Cross/Blue Sheild and something about free services available to 'me'. When they initially start talking, they are seeking my wife. This call was placed to my personal cell phone. Being the VERY cautious type, I don't trust it and therefore have not answered. I'm still very skeptical even after reading these reviews here.

Anthem/Blue Cross wants you to join a program where nurses call you ALL THE TIME and ask you a personal questions. I feel like they are trying to obtain information to deny your claims. the calls are intrusive and the questions unsettling, embarrassing and personal.

This is Anthem Blue Cross or at least that's what they keep saying but the info they have on me is old and outdated so I'm suspicious about them. They seem legitimate when I called them back but I still don't understand why their information is not up to date. I guess they are OK to answer if you want to deal with annoying health questions when you aren't even sick.
