This is 100% a scam and the other "reviews" are fake. No company, especially not one as big as QB, has time to call their customers in advance of their contract renewal, and they CERTAINLY wouldn't do it the day before the renewal to "confirm billing info." Called QB's general line and they confirmed exactly this and added that they will NEVER CALL ABOUT BILLING. You low-lifes need to learn a skill and get a real job. Since you're clearly not capable of producing value for anyone or anything you bottom-feeders steal the money other people have earned because THEY CAN AND DO produce value. What losers you are.
