Stated he was Aaron Alba calling from Callahan Rosten Litigation group and that they were going to serve my grandmother with an S3100 form. I looked up the name of the litigation group and it does not exist, and there is no S3100 form. S3100 is a type of printer. I put him on speaker so i could type everything he was saying ad he put me on hold as soon as he heard me start typing. He then came back on and repeated the name of the form and it was now a different name it was now a SC100, guess he googled it to make sure. He asked me to verify her social and date of birth. I told him to give it to me and that i would verify it. He then said we cannot give out information to anyone who calls and i said well i don't give out information to anyone who calls either. He got upset and started getting loud saying he was calling to warn us that she would be served unless she paid today and i just told him not to call anymore and i hung up. I then blocked the number.

They give you a case number. They claim you will be going to court for a balance pending on a cc. They try scare you with a rude tone of voice

They called me on a 9 yr old debt saying that they were placing judgement on me and sending court orders. Threatened to garnish my wages etc. Then tried to get me to pay a set amount or monthly payments. The debt is past Texas statute of limitations of 4 yrs and is not on my credit report so from what ive read they cant sue or do anything but harass me. The name of company they told me was DPS services and I cant even find a website or info in them so they must be scammers.

Collecting on a 13 year old debt (Debt collector) reported by 76.98.42.xxx
Came in as a unknown caller. Left voicemail with phone number 877-659-3130. To call back Ms. James and the phone is in care of my sister (my sisters name was provided) when calling back was told that I was appear in court and if not they will put a lean on my property. They wanted me to make payment arrangement. I told them that was busy and will call them. I disconnected the call. Unknown caller called me back the next day, which I did not answer.
