A very knowledgeable agent contacted me about my DOT application and went over it with me in detail. he fixed all my errors and even got me a refund of $300 for a mistake I made on the DOT application and then he informed me of all the compliances required for me to operate under my dot number like Drug testing, Driver files and he filed my BOC3 for me . I called the FMCSA to ask about the compliance's needed for my business and they confirmed everything that the original agent went over with me. The agent at the FMCSA then told me that they themselfs would reach out to business about the compliance's but it is considered a monopoly if they were to do so. So they turn the compliance's over to federal filing groups like F.C.C.R and others. I then called my agent back at F.C.C.R and registered all my compliance's and after doing so it showed in the system that I was in compliance and most all the calls I was receiving stopped. My agent talks to me a few times a week and is super helpful! I am very happy I looked into this service and got the most of it!
