They called asking me to book a multi point inspection even though I just had terminex over a month ago and booked my next for next year. I asked a lot of questions and price and she didn’t know what else to say. I booked it for Tuesday between 10-12 and nobody came. I didn’t give her any info. I called terminex and they have no recollection of this and say my best service isn’t until next year. I believe they are trying to gain access into homes pretending to be terminex. Please be careful.

I agree with this review. I use Terminex and this is not associated with them. The girl that left the vm stumbled over the name and purpose for the call. Do NOT schedule or give any information to these callers. It is a scam and I believe it has the potential to lead to a home invasion. Also, this is not how Terminex contacts me to schedule an inspection.

Called number back. Said it was Terminix and wanted to s hedule multi point inspection. Told them I had spray last week and there was no mention of multi point inspection. I heard people “shhhhh” in the background when the woman answered the phone. She laughed when I said “I get a lot of scam calls and I’ve never had a call about a multi point inspection” and when I told her “I’ll schedule through my local company” she tried to keep me from doing so.

someone who barely spoke English, could not understand what they were saying until I looked up the number here. terminex is a seriously messed up organization, they want to schedule the annual inspection which already happened 3 weeks ago. this happens every year. inspection complete, even get the email to rate the inspector, and yet they keep calling to schedule the inspection. and how about hiring Americans who speak English please?

I have gotten this call a few times trying to schedule multi point inspection. I scheduled one a couple months ago and they didn't show up and Terminix had no record of it. I'm not positive this is legit but they didn't try to get CC info or anything...very odd...

took 6 secs to say anything. random chatter/laughter in background. abrupt manner. called at 9:10pm. If this is Terminix, They should get their game together a. I'm not letting this guy in my house.
