Called this one back after googling the number, American woman who sounded convincing . Stated she was with national grid collections Dept. Which is when I knew it was a b.s. call. Don't fall for it.

My voicemail picked it up. The software calling me doesn't recognize a voicemail greeting, so the first part of the message was mot recorded. The software also doesn't recognize when no one responds to "press 1 for..." tries to retrieve records, fails, connects my voicemail to a humna, who said, "hello? hello?" The spammers must be maling some kind of money with this backwards system because I had calls from them on January and February.

Call said it was national grid then placed me on hold then disconnected. When I called the number back it restated it was national grid and left me on a hold with music. Never got an answer. I called national grid and they are closed right now 02-16-2019 @ 2:30pm
