Robocall that knows your name. Asks you to verify your first and last name by pressing 1. Claims to be an important call regarding your Citibank Costco Anywhere Card. Gives 877-689-8870 as the callback number to speak with someone. Called Citibank directly using the number on the back of my card, they told me that they did not call me. I've aggressively been called several times a day now.

a former roomate noted my phone number as his for various services. He has yet to pay up, judging by the calls that keep coming from debt collectors, who, when called back and enlightened, don't call my number any longer. I called this outfit 2x to have them correct their records and seize to call my number; to no avail; rather they hung up when I called a third time, and the calls keep coming. They need to be blacklisted.

Nope. It’s a scam. I called CitiBank and confirmed.

It's not a scam, I hung up after they asked for my zip code but I then logged into my citi app and saw I had a late payment on my Costco card. Just check your app if you're concerned about security.
