At first music was playing until a rep picked up the line. He asked for a certain person. We don't take personal calls here so I always tell such callers to try the person's home phone. Pretty sure it's a debt collector (based on history of the employee).

Silent when you answer, until their automatic dialing system finally beeps in their headset & the representative is connected to your line. Sometimes, though... it's a robocall that just tries to sell you an extended warranty on your vehicle, even if you don't have one, it's 100 years old, or you just bought it yesterday & have a good enough warranty as it is. Lol
