Many have said that this could be a school using a notification / one-dial service. If this is the case they need to wise up because nearly everyone I know will NOT answer any type of number beginning with the NUMBER 8 !!! As far as I'm concerned if it is my school I DID NOT GET THE MESSAGE!! This is a Junk Caller!

This number is used by a service called "One Call Now". Companies and government agencies use One Call Now to make autodial notifications, for example: County Emergency Management boil water notifications, Amber Alerts, Public Schools reporting a student absence to parent/guardian, etc. In my case it was American Strategic Insurance (ASI) notifying me that my adjuster is working on my Hurricane Matthew claim. If you call the number back, it will say "Press 1 to hear your message."
