Received an email that my credit card payment is 7 days past due, and that I should call this phone number to make a payment. They listed the last 4 digits of my credit card, and the amount due. I did make a payment on time so this email looked very "phishy". I called the number from the credit card statement instead, not this one. To make it short - my credit card was transferred to a new bank with a new account number. My payment went to an old account and didn't get credited to the new account. The customer service rep for my credit card said this phone # could be their collectors, since there was a missed payment, and they email or call after 7-10 days past due.

It’s not logical to harness someone over payment only 7 days late. Good Luck! Call your bank off your bank statement and make them aware that a person called from this other number trying to collect info and collecting funds.

They have called me so many times I finally decided to call them back. First the automated system wants an extension or credit card number. Since I had no idea what bank, I said I just wanted a representative. They got me to a human who wanted my account number. I asked "what bank" She asked if I had an account with one of two banks she named. One of the two she named I DO have an account with, but not a credit card. She then wanted my account number or social security number so she could look up why they called me. Uh, NOPE!

I spoke with Desiree this girl talking real jazzy. I'm trying to get some kinda information from her and explaining my cares about this account with them. This person Desiree was really rude. Desiree needs more training or fired at this point. If she dosen't like her position then she needs to find other work.
