Called and asked for AP then asked for my name which I refused because caller ID said toll free call (NOT UPS). She said her name was Dawn Timms (SP?) from UPS calling about an open invoice but refused to provide invoice number because I would not provide my name then said the call was recorded (LOL). I told her to email me. She asked for my email and I told her it was on file. Haven't received an email. Most likely scam.

I haven't worked with a company for a long time but it is easily a number you can google and background check against my phone number. I received a call from a unknown number that hung up after I answered then a call from the number listed above. They said they were from UPS trying to connect with Accounts Payable for that old company. When I said they had the wrong person they tried to get me to admit to knowing the company and the people who owned, also easy to Google. Scam through and through.

My bill is paid in full but was told that I needed to pay a $200 fee today to get my ups account back activated.

I also have a ups account for my small online business my account got suspended and they required me $500.00 for deposit money. After clarification with UPS accounts that are suspended twice a year or are not paying according to terms requires dm equals 4x average shipping charge, I hope this helps.

Called claiming to be UPS, asking for Accounts Payable. We do have a UPS account, and these guys call us constantly. However they -are not- UPS. This is not UPS' number, despite it coming up as UPS on the CID. They spat out our address and a random account number and claimed we somehow owed $2000 for invoices this month. I wish we did that much business! Told them to send me the invoice per mail as usual, and mentioned how funny it was that the invoice we got -today- was only for $400 and totally paid off. Insisted they fax or email us the invoice instead, but mysteriously did not have either the fax number nor or email address on file, despite the fact that UPS does have both on our file. Poor sucker insisted he was from UPS when called out, but you can ask UPS themselves about this number and scam and they will confirm it's a fraud.

We have a shipping account with UPS. These are the folks who phone when you've forgotten to pay the weekly invoices they issue. Before providing a payment method for some money we owed them I asked for specifics on recent shipments that only a very talented hacker -- or UPS -- would know. They got it right and I paid them. Now we'll see they debit the exact amount mentioned from our debit card. If not, I will log back in here to file a new report.

* keep calling me. I have no UPS account. They Claim to have sent my account to a third party collections service... They also can't tell me what as shipped or to who this "shipment" was sent to... If you are paying this bill you are as * as they are!!
