My suggestion is don't answer the phone, and never acknowledge or pay anything if the Statute of limitation has expired. This company can't do anything to you and are just **** trying to pressure people to pay and trying to scare you into paying. Don't be scared. Every Canadian province and territory has a statute of limitations on debt under provincial law. In half those jurisdictions, the limit is only two years (get all the details here). Once the limitation period has passed, you or your collection agency can no longer litigate to collect. A collection agency can still report the debt to the credit bureaus, but a great deal of leverage is lost and the chances of collecting become very low. TIP: You can reset the limitation period by getting acknowledgment of the debt in writing or by receiving even a small partial payment. Don't waste your time with MetCredit.

Asked for James Bond (Hahaha) then asks you to press 1. Gives contact number and case number and asks you press 1 again. Repeats the process once more then disconnects. We are a business and get this call several times a week. SCAM-tastic!

Computer generated female said "This is not a telemarketer, please press "1" on you tough pad now" repeated this, then "this is an important call please call us back or go to Netcredit.com" Called the morning in a row. I would assume that this has it's connection to the Mystery School cult planing to collapse the western culture and put in world governance dictatorship. Funny thing is I'm not joking. Study William Cooper's "Mystery Babylon" series of audio lectures if you begin to wander "What is happening to my country, has everyone gone bonkers?" No, the secret society cults are behind all of it in order to bring in their agenda... a world-wide technocracy. This Netcredit bs is just part of their messing with the thoughts of the human herd. Cooper did the best complete work. Yuri Bezmenov societ defector wrote "Love Letter to America" after he noticed western culture was being demoralized and underminded by the "system". They were both killed by the cult. Charles Langenberg was brain-chipped and suicided for exposing the cult in Vancouver WA. Magnus Olsson is still alive and was brain-chipped in Stockholm in 2005 and now exposes cult technology used to collapse Europe, but thinks it may have a good use... not likely... I was brainchipped in 2007 after surviving a dose of heart-attack poison. Nobody believes the technology even when they began selling the brainchip langurage translator in 2011 glossynews.com If this cult is calling your number too, then, you better smarten up and quickly I might add!
