This number calls my phone every day despite being blocked. I have told them at this point it is harassment because I have requested numerous times to stop calling. If this number pops up on your phone immediately block them! They are relentless and will keep harassing your phone!!

Strange. It was an AT&T salesperson - or "account services" informing me that I could pay a lower rate ($5 less) for faster service, and that they were planning to make a change to my connection speed from 300Mb to 500Mb. She had all of my account information and explained that there was no contract, early termination and that it was a permanent rate. Later, I logged on to my AT&T account and the change was noted. I just keep waiting for the catch. ....
