Scam call, said it was spectrum and overdue, but I paid my bills (Scam call) reported by


Called saying they were from spectrum, they had my address and phone number, and said i had missed payments for 4 months. That already sounded fishy because they turn you off after a max of 2. I asked him if he knew my account number and he could not pull that up. I then asked when my last payment was and he chose some random date, but it was off by 2 weeks. Logged into spectrum, and as i suspected, I had $0 account balance. Do not give these people your card numbers.

Calling to remind me my bill was past due, and to remember to pay by date on new bill or service would be shut off. I didnt realize last payment didnt go through. Checked and they were right. Not a spam call.
